As the proud founder of Phoenix AfterglowTM, Johnny has already established himself as a visionary and example of a good businessperson. He worked for actor / producer Morgan Freeman, former Intel executive Lori McCreary, Media Talent Group, and Majestic Entertainment. In addition, this is coupled with upper management experience with a major retail company. An activist, he saved endangered species since age 10 and continues to do humanitarian efforts.

Originally from Wilmington, Massachusetts, Johnny graduated cum laude from Chapman University's Dodge College of Film and Media Arts -- a program currently ranked as the #1 film school in the U.S. He served on the Peer Review Conduct Board, founded and represented the student body on the Dean's Council, and acted as the first president-elect for the Prime Time TV Club, a now major asset to the Television and Broadcast Journalism program. The Prime Time TV Club attracted industry veterans such as producer / writer Stephen J. Cannell (The A-Team, The Rockford Files, Hawaii-Five O), producer Matt Witten (CSI: Miami, JAG, House, M.D., Medium), writer / producer Peter Casey (Cheers, Frasier, Wings, The Jeffersons) and many others.

Johnny continues to lead Phoenix AfterglowTM with finesse while boosting an already prominent clientele. "The key difference with Phoenix AfterglowTM," he says, "is the genuine care towards our clients.
